Keith Redpath
Chair
Keith Redpath is the Chair of PSD Scotland, having previously served as the Chair of NHS National Services Scotland from August 2019 to March 2026.
Keith has spent over 40 years working in roles across local government and the NHS in Scotland.
Before retiring in 2017, he was Chief Officer of the West Dunbartonshire Integration Joint Board. He also held the role of Chair of the National Chief Officers Group, representing the views of chief officers throughout Scotland’s health and care system.
Since retiring he has also held board member roles with the Care Inspectorate and the Scottish Social Services Council.
Throughout his executive career in social work and community health services, Keith gained extensive experience in developing and leading change programmes and partnership working, with a focus on delivering improved outcomes for service users.
He continues to be a strong advocate for integrating health and social care services, one of the key priorities in the Scottish Government’s Health and Social Care Delivery Plan.
