Board papers

Board papers are an important part of our governance process. They are used to describe the business items for a board meeting.

Agendas, minutes, and reports from board and committee meetings will be published here to maintain transparency. Some papers are pending publication and will be added once confirmed.

Board meetings

Our board meetings are open to members of the public to observe the proceedings and discussions. People can attend meetings as observers, but they can't take part in the meeting. The Board convenes both in person and virtually using Microsoft Teams.

If you'd like to come to our next board meeting as a public observer, please email psd.boardcommittees@nhs.scot. We will email you with the MS Teams meeting link and guidelines for observing a few days before the meeting.

To allow the Board Services team to accommodate your request to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours before the meeting is due to start. The meeting papers will be available in advance of the meeting.
