The Independent National Whistleblowing Officer (INWO) created a process for raising concerns as set out in the National Whistleblowing Standards.
The 'Once for Scotland' Workforce Policy for Whistleblowing was introduced on 1 April 2021.
This unified approach provides you with support and protection if you want to raise a concern when you see something wrong.
NHS Education for Scotland and National Services Scotland adhere to this policy and it remains supported going forward as part of Public Services Delivery Scotland.
