The National Workforce and Education Conference 2026 will take place online on 23 to 24 April and will bring colleagues from across Scotland together for two days of learning, collaboration and forward-looking discussion.

This year’s theme, Collaborate, Innovate, Transform, reflects a shared ambition to adapt, modernise and build a workforce ready for the future. Attendees can expect a mix of plenary sessions, panel discussions, practical workshops and evidence-based presentations from experts across multiple professions.

This conference is for colleagues from all professional disciplines across health and social care with an interest in education and training, workforce development and digital solutions.

There will be a number of plenary and parallel sessions run by all professional groups and an opportunity for joint sessions highlighting interprofessional learning.
