The Leadership Success Profile provides a shared framework for leadership development, helping individuals understand their strengths, identify areas for growth and prepare for future leadership opportunities.
Earlier this year, the Leading to Change app underwent a major refresh, shaped directly by user feedback and evolving needs. These updates are designed to make the app experience smoother, more relevant and more empowering, whether you're just starting your leadership journey or stepping into a new role.
What's changed?
Manage your account with ease
You can now update your own profile information directly from your dashboard, including your career details, equalities questionnaire and preferences.
You also have full control to delete your account at any time.
A clearer, simpler experience
We've reorganised and refreshed the app layout to make information easier to find and navigate.
Profile sections are now clearly separated and organised, making it easier to keep your information accurate and up to date.
Accounts that have been inactive for three years will now be automatically deleted. This helps maintain data integrity and ensures we don't personal information unnecessarily. If your account is affected, you'll receive a notification 30 days before deletion, giving you time to log in and keep your account active.

The updated Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) now fully reflects the Leadership Success Profile, making it more relevant across a wider range of leadership roles.
Once you've completed the SAQ, you can instantly view and download your personalised report, making it easy to share with your manager or use for personal reflection.
You'll also receive tailored development resources from the Leading to Change website, including digital learning resources, event recordings, blogs, podcasts, upcoming events and more.
