What to expect

The webinar will feature examples of good practice and useful insights from PSD Scotland’s Flying Start programme, NHS Lothian's Stay & Grow Programme and NHS Lothian’s Experiential Learning & Leadership Academy.

Speakers will share their experiences of developing and delivering these initiatives, highlighting what has worked well, lessons learned, and the impact these approaches have had on staff experience and retention. Attendees will also can ask questions and discuss how similar models could be adapted and implemented within their own Boards.
